  • Return and exchange

    GENERAL RETURN - EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

    The following conditions must be observed when returning or exchanging goods:

    • the product must be unused and in good condition (labels and protective films intact, etc.);
    • the goods must be undamaged by the buyer;
    • the returned/exchanged product must be in its original, original, and in good condition packaging;
    • the returned/exchanged product must be in the same condition as when you received it;
    • If the above conditions are met, you should write a request for a refund/exchange of the product, stating your name, invoice number, the name and price of the product, the account number where the refund should be made, and the reason for the refund or exchange
    You must send this request to info@perlitas.lt or by registered mail. You can send the product by post, bring it by your own transport or use a courier service. Once we have received the goods and are satisfied that they are unused, we will refund your money to the account you have specified or, in the case of an exchange, send you a new product within 20 days.

    RETURN OR EXCHANGE IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT WAS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR NOT THE ONE YOU ORDERED DURING SHIPMENT

    Exchanges and returns are subject to the Retail Trade Rules approved by Government Resolution No 697 of 11 June 2001.

    When collecting/receiving your order, please check the condition of the parcel and sign the delivery note. If you notice any damage to the packaging or inconsistency of the packaging when you collect/accept the parcel, please inform the courier immediately, if possible take a photo (send it to info@perlitas.lt ) and ask for a certificate of damage to packaging. Once you have accepted the ordered goods and signed the consignment document without any comments, the delivery is considered to have been made in good order. If you fail to do so, we accept no liability for:

    • damage to the goods, provided that such damage is not due to a manufacturing defect;
    • discrepancies in the composition of the goods, if these discrepancies can be detected on external inspection.

    NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE GOODS

    UAB Agro Parts Baltija is guided by the documents regulating the procedure for returning goods - the Civil Code and the Rules of Retail Trade.

    REPAYMENT/EXCHANGE COSTS

    If you wish to return an unwanted item (if you do not like the shape, size, colour, model or completeness of the item you have bought), where a refund is given or the item is exchanged for a new one, in all cases the shipping costs are not refunded.

    DELIVERY OF GOODS

    Delivery from our warehouse from 1-3 working days.
    Delivery from the manufacturer (in case the product is not in stock) 7-14 days.
